About the Role

Fletching CE Primary School is looking for an inspirational and creative full time teacher to join our happy and dedicated team in KS2 teaching our Year 3/4 class. This post is to cover maternity within the school and will be initially until the end of the Autumn term. We are looking to appoint someone who can ideally start at the beginning of Term 6 (3 June 2019) but would consider applicants who are able to start in September.

We are a ‘small school with big ideas’ and offer exciting learning experiences in each of our classrooms. We value each individual - both pupils and staff and are keen to appoint a forward-thinking teacher with a growth mind set who will strive to engage and inspire all of our pupils.

We have bright and engaging classrooms which reflect our teachers and pupils’ interests and topics and have small class sizes. We are situated in a picturesque village just outside of Uckfield and we pride ourselves on being friendly and welcoming with a strong ‘community ethos’.
